Coaching & Supervision

Radiance isn’t something you acquire. It’s something you return to.

My coaching practice grew from two decades inside the complex, high-stakes world of global leadership; and from watching, again and again, what becomes possible when people stop performing and reorient toward themselves.

Through coaching I support leaders, professionals, and coaches to explore their inner world to rediscover, reorient and re-engage in life with newfound clarity, confidence and self-trust.

Ways to Work Together

Individual Coaching

In a calm and supportive space, we explore your thoughts, perspectives, and aspirations through reflective dialogue and structured reflection. Through this process you strengthen self-trust, gain clarity about your direction, and unlock the potential that allows you to grow; both personally and professionally. You begin to see your patterns more clearly, hear your own thinking more honestly, and move forward with a confidence that comes from within.

Ideal for leaders, professionals, and individuals who are ready to deepen their self-understanding, navigate important decisions, and step into the next stage of their growth.

Team
Coaching

A team is only as strong as the trust and understanding that flows between its people. When communication breaks down or shared direction gets lost, the whole ecosystem suffers.

Team coaching creates a space to look honestly at how a team is functioning, what’s working, and what needs to shift. Together, we will work to strengthen the roots — trust, communication, shared purpose — so the team can grow into something more resilient and genuinely collaborative.

Supervision

Good coaching requires more than skill. It requires ongoing self-awareness, ethical clarity, and the willingness to keep looking at your own practice with fresh eyes.

Individual coach supervision offers coaches a confidential space to do exactly that. We explore your client work, the relational dynamics that arise, the questions that linger; and through that reflection, you deepen not just your practice but your presence as a coach.

Group Coaching
Supervision

Coaching can be a solitary practice. Group supervision offers something different — a collaborative space where coaches come together to reflect on their work, share perspectives, and learn from each other’s experiences.

Working in a small group of 2–5 participants, you gain access to diverse viewpoints, collective wisdom, and the kind of professional dialogue that deepens your practice in ways that are hard to replicate alone.

Choosing to begin is its own kind of courage.

If you’d like to explore which form of coaching or supervision would best support where you are right now, I’d love to start with a conversation.
