Inner Radiance Coaching ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. It applies to this website and any enquiries you make through it.

We are based in Singapore and work with clients worldwide. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore.

When you complete the contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, and the content of your message. We may also collect your phone number if you include it.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Squarespace) automatically collects certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring website, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is standard for website hosting and is used for security, performance, and analytics purposes.

Squarespace uses strictly necessary cookies to operate the site, and may use analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use it. 3. Why we collect it

Provide coaching and supervision services if you become a client

By submitting the contact form, you consent to us collecting and using your personal data for these purposes.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you have separately and explicitly asked to be added.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the extent necessary:

Squarespace — website hosting and form submissions
Email provider — to receive and respond to your enquiry
Scheduling and payment providers — if you book or pay for services

Because we work with clients internationally and use international service providers, your personal data may be stored or processed outside your country of residence, including in Singapore, the United States, and the European Union. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is afforded a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

We may also disclose personal data where required by law.

5. How long we keep it

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are retained as required for legal, tax, and professional purposes. When personal data is no longer needed for any business or legal purpose, we cease to retain it or remove the means by which it can be associated with you.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights

You may:

Request access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year
Request correction of any personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete
Withdraw your consent to our continued collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data, by giving us reasonable notice

To make a request, contact us at contact@coaching-irc.com and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that withdrawing consent may mean we are unable to continue providing services to you.

If you are located outside Singapore, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

8. Data Protection Officer

In accordance with the PDPA, we have appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at contact@coaching-irc.com.

9. Complaints

If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal data, please contact us first at contact@coaching-irc.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at pdpc.gov.sg.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the date of the most recent update shown at the top.
